No, I visit WOS　through proxy, the other options of right click are Save to Zotero (Web page with Snapshot or Save to Zotero (Web page without Snapshot)

@adamsmith, thanks. I got the reason. I logged on the WOS with VPN. When I hover over the folder icon, it says "Save to Zotero (DOI)". While I log on WOS directly, it says "Save to Zotero (Web of Science", the abstract appears.
