• I will add that this same problem is occurring on two of my systems. My second system runs Windows 11 23H2 and Word 365 2312 Build 16.0.17126.20132.

• Thanks adomasven. No. If I open Zotero.dotm directly, the tab still appears unlabelled and the buttons do not work.
