• Not sure what you mean now. I tried (1) the Zotero preference menu by right-clicking in safari, (2) the Zotero application debug output, and (3) the menu in connector from the "Z" icon in Safari. None of them works.

• I can not get it to produce a log. I can get the Zotero preference menu by right-clicking in safari, but nothing happens when i click the menu item. In Zotero the debug output produce nothing and the submit button is greyed out. Not sure what you me…

• Ok, the effect is the same though. Selecting the options in the menu have no effect. And I did try all of the troubleshooting advice with no luck.

• Same problem, still not working. "Zotero is currently unavailable ." Tried the troubleshooting, and it says Zotero is connected. Safari 11.1, Zotero 5.0.47.
