Dan, Good suggestion - thank you. When I tried this, an error resulted. I let the system file a report the the Zotero developers. Is there any value in my posting the error message here?

Dan, Thank you. This is not the issue. Sync'ing is working just fine. There are no errors, and changes to My Library are being properly sync'ed.

This worked for me. Please note that you may need to manually remove the old version of Zotero.dot before installing the new version.

I just tried this URL, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18506993?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVDocSum, and Zotero captured it just fine. Very peculiar!

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not resolve the problem.

I tried this links on another computer and they worked just fine. The major difference is that the other machine is running FF 2.0. Would truly like to try to fix the problem on the first machine. I will try uninstalling then reinstalling Zotero.
