• Odd..I opened the zotero tab again to check before restarting Firefox and suddenly the groups all dropped into place before I touched anything. I have no idea what just happened but thanks very much!

• 1. K. 2. No, but I didn't keep data in my personal library (just used the groups). The really odd thing is that I can access my group libraries fine through Word - but they still don't show up on the Zotero tab on Firefox.

• Thanks - The synch works fine, it spins for a few seconds, then stops. No error message. But still no group...

• I should add that other people in our office get the same message when they try to use zotero and Word, so it isn't my computer/user alone.

• Whoops, never mind. I just clicked the sync icon instead of the error icon and it the error disappeared and sync restarted.

• Thanks...there was no error icon beside the sync icon. I downloaded 2.1.1. and tried another sync; it gave me a 2000-odd item list of conflicts, which I dealt with. Now a sync error is coming up saying "Linked item U3MT3W6R doesn't exist in Zotero…
