• I disabled auto-sync and restarted Zotero. I enabled output logging, created a new word document, added one citation, and then tried to add the bibliography. This is the Debug ID: D2124696446 Thanks!

• The Debug ID I got from trying to add a bibliography in a 100% new document (nothing but one citation added with the Word plugin) is D1761013993.

• All I have to do is try to create a bibliography with the word plugin. I can add a citation as normal, and refresh citations. But once I hit “create bibliography” it gives me the error code. This has been happening with the Chicago author-date built…
