Yes. I am running 2.1.7.

I've found one additional wonky behaviour in strip-periods that is frustrating. Essentially, strip-periods is inserting an extra space when used in combination with name-as-sort-order Here's sample code: If the authors have…

This problem seems persistent in Z2.1.1

Has this now been implemented? It was not working in earlier versions of the 2.1 beta and I can't seem to make it work in the styles I am working with.

I think that's it's fixed; having played around a little, it seems to me that the problem was, indeed, in my own code.

Have you looked into this? It appears that strip-periods (in Z2.1b7) continues to remove periods placed in the suffix of the text string...

Thanks for the help. I've noted that the style isn't validating in the repository. This is likely because it's written using CSL 1.0. (It validates at validator.nu) Should I just leave it there for now? It also doesn't seem to have (dev) appended …

Your suggested solution - switching to another style and then back - seems to work. It would still be nice if, on setting Doc Prefs, the style would update if you chose it again! My workaround was to remove codes, copy text to a new document, del…

The patch has been committed - does that mean it is available with the current beta? It works for me, but it doesn't seem to update in real-time in response to user changes as it did in v2.0.9. That is, it will display correctly according to a chose…

Below is a sample excerpt which comes much closer to what I use in the style I am working on, McGillv7. The input strings I am using are "O. Kahn-Freund" and "Mod. L. Rev." The output in the test pane, using the code below, comes out as "O. Kahn-Fre…

To be clear, I have been developing the style according to the English version of the McGill Guide, version 7. I have been coding in CSL 1.0, and have been in touch with Frank through the forums about some problems in the rendering of the resu…

I am also working on a style for the McGill Guide, which has been updated to version 7 as of July. My focus has been on book, articles and chapters, in no small part because of how challenging the case law issues are. How frustrating that we h…

Thanks for your quick response to this. I had it as two macros, and I am going to change it back, at least for the moment. I was just hoping to streamline things a bit, but two macros isn't the end of the world; as much as anything, I th…

The specification states that position "...[t]ests whether the position of the item cite matches the given positions (when called within cs:bibliography, this condition will always test "false")" Let me be more explicit about what I am trying to do…
