Thank you! I appreciate the help.

@dstillman - Thank you!

Well, good news. Everything just started to magically upload. Don't know why but happy that it is. Thank you for getting me through the muck. Cheers,
-
Apologies, I misunderstood. I reported it to Zotero via the instructions. How would I get that diagnostic back to post here? Cheers, Spencer

I did that a few hours ago but happy to have another go. Thanks again.
-
Already done and dusted. Just wait for a reply now?
-
Thanks Adam. I had a look through again and followed the steps. No luck after following WebDav instructions... Any thoughts?
-
Thank you Adam. So 'Reset File Sync History' is worth a go? I've had a read of the link you provided and it geared to Zotero as the backup server so it is difficult for me to figure how it applies to Inifini (or other) third party backup sources.
-
I chatted with Inifi and they recommended I go to Zotero for help on this. They suggested doing a reset but I'm concerned about losing all of my citations. Any help would be greatly appreciated. https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u4…

@G-regex - I've set everything up properly and there are no errors but it seems that nothing from my Zotero is uploading to infini. Any tips?
-
Good news. We got past the above from 12 min ago. Now it's just a matter of populating. Thanks!
-
Just gave infini a go but still getting the following error. Any tips? "Permission Denied The WebDAV server did not accept the username and password you entered. Please check your file sync settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator."
-
Any news or updates as to the outcome? 4Shared issues here...

1. I had a look. It seems that the website where I was storing the data for my PhD seems to not be running at this moment. Hopefully not permanent. To confirm, that means my data is only being stored locally on my computer correct? 2. I'm using Ma…

Thanks Adam so much. 1. I tried entering the password etc. and got the following: "The WebDAV server did not accept the username and password you entered. Please check your file sync settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator." 2. I did…

Got it. Thank you again for all the help. Have a good one.

The update alone took care of the problem so thank you for the link. Do you recommend I still do the rest of the directions above? Cheers,
-
Firstly, thank you for the help. Getting an error to update Word (and all Microsoft products). "AutoUpdate cannon connect to the update server. The server might be too busy, or there might be a problem with your network connection. Wait a few min…

Seriously, can't thank you enough. I'll let the uploading commence and check in once it's complete.
-
Also, how can I force a synch to begin (instead of automatic)?
-
Thank you so much. Which do you recommend? Once I have verified the connection, how will I know it's saved on the server? Got it. I may not need to switch but will still hunt down this issue!

I'm happy to keep using Zotero (assuming that I would be able to export correctly should a situation arise). How do I use the free WebDAV? Just opended with TextEdit. Everything is there.

Thank you bwiernik for writing back. My university only actively supports usage of EndNote of Mendeley so, at least for now, I'd like to be in alignment with their policy. Additionally, they won't cover the extra cost Zotero has once the free capa…
