• I think that was the problem. To fix, I went to Settings/Account and clicked Login. This brought up a browser window and I logged into Zotero. Then, Authorized the request. I'll see if I can fix the key ring issue. Thank you.

• I restarted in Troubleshooting mode. Same error with ID: 1567725870. I have two plugins installed; Better BibTeX for Zotero and ZotLit. Both plugins were disabled by entering troubleshooting mode.
