Thank you for the quick and clear response. I accomplished my goal in Word by editing the style I use for the bibliography. Under "Paragraph" options, there's a "Line and Page Breaks" tab with a "Keep lines together" option. That did the trick.

+1 Any updates/timeline on this? I only have a couple dozen citations in my paper and I have to wait 10+ seconds for the insert citation dialog box to come up every time I want to add a citation.

Thanks butsuriboy. I just had the same issue (trying to use 4shared.com). Saving and exiting preferences, reopening preference, re-entering password, and then verifying worked.
