• Zotero gives me this report ID: 505996548 But not sure if this is the actual error I have or not. Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling?

• I'm using Office as my OS, firefox as my browser. I disabled all other extensions in firefox, and it still won't work. No note pane, no citation pane.
