Using Firefox, URL: https://ascpt.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/cpt.1221 Debug ID: D264172510

Try any article using connector [Wiley Online Library] such as https://ascpt.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/cpt.1221 The problem is only with Firefox, Chrome works but when using group library, child record and pdf links are missing.
-
Also, the firefox zotero addon doesn't work on https://ascpt.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/... . It doesn't create a record.
-
Dear dstillman, I confirmed and reproduced it reliably several times. It is most likely a bug, child record is not made when using Group Libraries (tested only with PubMed). I tested it using clean new install of Windows 10 and 7 in virtualbox …

Dear dstillman, It just happened again, missing child records, even with Tabo disabled. This is likely a bug with the new FireFox, and seems to work when enabling/disabling some addons, but doesn't stay for some reason, specially when changing fro…

by Google, I meant "Google Books"

Dear dstillman, Just in my humble way of thinking: PubMed = NLM, NIH, Goverment authority focused on building reference library. Amazon = An online store, albeit big one. Google Books = Private reference source (perhaps somewhere between Amazon an…

Dear dstillman, Thank you for quick rely, FYI, after checking carefully off an on for days, I just realized that FireFox Tabo addon (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tabo/) seems to prevent creation of PubMed child record. I have …

Dear adamsmith and enolzkan, Thank you both. My Zotero 5.0.58 was not creating a child entry with PubMed link, and after I reinstalled the browser connector, it did make the child link to PubMed. I think it would be less confusing if the main lin…

It would be great if we could just "unformat" and "reformat" citations to combine several citations fields (reference records) next to each other to combine them to one citation field with multiple references. This "unformat" feature is already use…

Simon, Besides Redhat, shouldn't the bug also be reported to the following sited, and referenced to each other and the Redhat bug page? OpenJDS: http://openjdk.java.net/groups/web/bugzilla.html IcedTea: http://icedtea.classpath.org/bugzilla/ …
-
Thanks Simon. Has the issue regarding IcedTea been reported this to Ubuntu, IcedTea,and OpenJDK developers?
-
Zotero should be updated to work with openjdk and icedtea plugin for firefox as well as the proprietary Sun Java package. I suspect it's probably just some naming updates ... can someone tell the developers about this?

How about exporting to rtf and using scanRTF to create the reference? Instead of ctl-alt-a, it would be nice to change the drag-drop behavior to put in the citation intext for those who wish to work in a group to edit a googledoc.
-
Yes, ability to convert EndNote in-text fields to Zotero is critical feature for everyone who is migrating from EndNote to Zotero. Please address this asap.
-
This would be a useful feature. Better is ability to scan any document, and match the references in Zotero database. Recognize major markups (e.g Refmanager, Endnote fields) automatically, or ask use re how in-text citation is marked. If marked b…
