If the files are still on box.com/WebDav, could I download them onto my hard drive and scan via zotero to get them synced? otherwise is there a way to determine which are the broken attachment items besides clicking on them one by one?

@dstillman: if I DL the files from Box and put them on a different WebDAV server as you say -- will they resync and resume working? Is there any way to DL them from Box and just use Zotero local sync/storage?

I have a box.com account with 4120 files that was synced back in April 2023. I assume that's a lot of my PDFs. Is there any way to resync that, or is that option gone?

I see the file as changed on the WebDav server (4shared) and I see the extracted annotation on the work computer, but not the highlights in the PDF. Is it possible that the file is being uploaded to the WebDav server but then not downloaded on …

The time/date under "Modified" when I select the PDF attachment does change when I add highlights or annotation.

I am using Mac Preview. For the most part I have just been doing highlights. I tried adding a text comment to see if anything happened but I can't tell yet.
