@fbennett: The first and subsequent citations are still showing up different (Li, 2007) then (X. Li, 2007) I'm using the add-in and I select the entry that's saved in my main My Library folder (versus any collections I've saved-although I've al…

Correct-Li, 2007 is X. Li, 2007 in subsequent citations. I looked at the APA manual, and as far as I can tell-I don't think this situation is addressed-I'll just assume it's ok as is unless I hear otherwise. Thank you again for the help.

Ok, I followed the steps (including switching the citation style to another and back in the doc). The first time the citations are listed in text they are showing up correctly: (Li, 2007) (Perna, Li, Walsh, & Raible, 2010) Following…

Okay, thank you-that worked. I'm not sure how it changed to 10 pt font in that one document, but I updated it. Thanks again for your help.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I followed the instructions for Word 2007 (http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/word_default_font), but it still reverts to 10 pt font if I click zotero refresh. I've tried to save the document (with 12 pt save…

Do I just go to the repository link (http://www.zotero.org/styles) and click install? i.e., do I need to take any other steps? Thank you.

Ok, thank you, I understand the Kim issue now. But... X. Li is first author in one citation C. Li is not first author in another: Perna, L. W., Li, C., Walsh, E., & Raible, S. (2010). The status of equityfor Hispanics in publichi…

I tried the solution, but the font size still reverts to Times New Roman 10pt after zotero refreshes...This is the first document I've created (using add-ins) that lists the reference in 10 pt font...

Thank you for the information. I'll manually include my citations until then.

I believe I'm getting similar errors. I added a new journal article to my library and attempted to insert a multiple works citation. The first (new) citation is correct, but for some reason my second citation has changed and is incorrect. …

I haven't made any changes to the item it's referencing and the item is still showing up in my library... I use dropbox, but only to save copies of my articles (I have pdf copies of the articles in zotero and in dropbox)-otherwise, I don't sync…

To clarify, after I click Ok (with the first prompt), another citation (different author) is highlighted within my word document. The next pop-up (This item no longer...) then appears. I'm not sure what is meant by the prompt-"Do you want to …

When I click ok, I get the following message: This item no longer exists in your Zotero database. Do you want to select a substitute item? Clicking "No" will delete the field codes for citations containing this item, preserving the citation t…

Thank you for the update-I wasn't sure if the strange sorting (I can't figure out how my search is being sorted) had something to do with citation style.

I forgot to add I'm using APA 6th edition
