• Thanks for your help. I submitted the debug log for v6 which worked. Then loaded v7 which worked also. I wonder if the problem was because I had a dozen programs open. I will keep experimenting to see when the problem occurs. Thanks

• Hi there, The problem continues and seems to be from the v7 beta. On both of my computers I reverted to v6 and the problem went away. There must be something about how v7 sends the call for information that DOI is not getting correctly.

• On restart with debugging enabled it worked for one article. So this debug ID might not help. Submitted with Debug ID D91137255 But then I tried again, right clicking an article in the Zotero list that has a DOI and it got stuck again. I had to…
