• It was intermittent but I have just moved to Win11 and have not seen it since. Otherwise, it was a standard windows set up, can't think of anything that might have been different to what my colleagues use and, only I, ever got the popup.

• I have the same (hard to catch) message, everything seems to be working fine, I can add citations and edit the bibliography without any issues

• I use the report type but it confuses people. I would love/use a project item type or to be able to customise a type to reflect this.
