Sadly for me both the beta and 7.0.16 fail to pass the captcha so no downloading the PDF from ScienceDirect. I am in New Zealand so perhaps the geographic region is an issue.

Thanks for responding, I think it is a plugin issue as the problems goes away when all the plugins are displaced (and trouble-shooting mode disables the plugins). I will have to play around to see which plugins are conflicting. Thank you for your …

It was intermittent but I have just moved to Win11 and have not seen it since. Otherwise, it was a standard windows set up, can't think of anything that might have been different to what my colleagues use and, only I, ever got the popup.

I have the same (hard to catch) message, everything seems to be working fine, I can add citations and edit the bibliography without any issues

I use the report type but it confuses people. I would love/use a project item type or to be able to customise a type to reflect this.
