• I have observed the exact same thing. Note, however, I was not accessing the file at the time of deletion, so this is not necessarily why the physical PDF remains in the storage file. Definitely needs to be fixed, regardless.

• Fixed by creating a new profile in FF 3. Something in there must have gotten screwed up during upgrade.
