@iagogv Can you explain why?
-
Can you provide a Debug ID for it happening? Where are you pasting or dropping it? Have you tried using a different text editor?
-
You are right, the scrollbar doesn’t switch pages in single-page mode. This happens when there are more than 10,000 pages. In this case, you have to either use the left or right arrow keys or enter the page number directly, as you mentioned.
-
We'll try to fix that. Thanks for reporting.
-
We'll try to fix that in future Zotero versions, but it's quite complicated.
-
We'll try to fix that again. Thanks.
-
Can you notice this in other zoom modes?
-
Do you expect that on iOS/Android apps or the desktop version of Zotero?
-
We'll fix it. Thanks.
-
If the paper contains large scanned pages, the 32-bit version of Zotero might run out of memory to display them. Let us know if the 64-bit version solves the issue.
-
I can only reproduce that on Windows. We'll fix it. Thanks.
-
I can reproduce it, but only on Windows. We'll fix it. Thanks.
-
Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins? If not, you need to identify the plugin causing it and report it to the developer.

If there are too many pages, the Zotero reader switches to single-page mode for performance reasons. Do you mean the scrollbar doesn’t work at all?
-
I don't know about earlier versions of Zotero. But I have just tested in Zotero 6.0.27, and indeed the default was to get the outline fully expanded. Ok, correction: Each PDF file has its own properties for each outline item, determining whether it’…
-
@Choose519 It was always like that. Double-click the outline button to expand/collapse it.
-
Thanks for reporting, but at the moment we can't fix this.
-
@jmassmann Although it opens fine in all the PDF viewers I tested, the file is still corrupted. I was able to fix it by going to File → Export and selecting the “Create PDF/A” option in Preview. It would be good to report this issue to the PDF.js …

We'll try to fix that. Thanks.
-
Some annotations have an invalid color code. Did you use a plugin or manually change the colors?
-
The issue of high memory usage when scrolling large PDF files should be fixed in the latest beta.
-
Good catch. We'll fix it.
-
Please report the issue to the plugin developers.
-
The latest Zotero beta might fix this issue. Let us know if it still happens.
-
Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?
-
That error will be fixed in the next update, and the function should work as expected.
-
We can consider reducing this limit, but could you provide more details about when exactly it becomes necessary? Perhaps even include a screenshot.
-
Image annotations currently don’t support note templates, but we are considering adding that.
-
That's weird. Could you make a video demonstrating the issue?
