Alright, please send example PDF files to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
-
Could you scroll to the last page and make a screenshot?
-
The issue in the first post doesn't seem like a real issue, because in "Zoom to Page Height" mode, Arrow Up and Arrow Down keys are just changing pages, while other zoom modes support moving the page a bit up or down. Regarding the second issue, I'…

1) It will be fixed soon. 2) We'll try to improve it. Thanks for reporting.
-
Could you test if this issue still exists in Zotero 7 beta?
-
We're only interested in Zotero plugins. You could also give Zotero 7 a try, as it's likely to be faster.
-
Do you have any third-party plugins? If so, try to disable them.
-
@mjthoraval In theory this is doable and makes sense, but can you explain why just a tab title isn't enough for that?
-
Why do you need that? Simply drawing a line instead of creating a proper highlight or underline annotation loses all the benefits of having extracted text.
-
That is a good suggestion, but please don't create duplicate threads.
-
We'll fix it — thanks.
-
The font size can be adjusted by resizing the text annotation. Regarding font style, are you referring only to bold and italic or anything else as well?
-
@WangWaud But the scrolling is smooth if you just use touchpad, right?
-
I suppose this might only be an issue when importing existing annotations from PDF files. If you're adding a new note annotation, it can be placed in a white space where it doesn't disturb reading, right?
-
This is a matter of personal preference. I would like to hear more opinions about that.
-
@warwickmm We may consider to deselect annotation after changing the color (mainly because for image annotation the new color isn't visible until it's deselected). But could you explain once more why keeping the annotation selected poses a problem…
-
@nhan000 Do you expect the annotation to be selected or what exactly?
-
It seems there are various plugins active. Can you test with all third-party plugins disabled?
-
@DianaS1108 The previously mentioned issue should already be fixed. Are you using the latest beta? If so, try to describe the exact steps how to reproduce the issue.
-
Thanks @mjthoraval for detailed steps to reproduce it. We'll fix it.
-
This seems to be a Firefox bug and we can't do much about it. It doesn't happen in Chrome when using Zotero web library.
-
It will be fixed in the next update.
-
We'll fix it — thanks.
-
You can search for annotations using the "Everything" search mode, and it will display the matching attachments. Although annotations are not currently visible in the item list, they will be in the future.
-
@ben_a Thanks for the update. Let us know if you will figure out the exact steps to reproduce the issue again.
-
Could you make a screenshot?
-
Does it happen with all EPUB files or only this specific one?
-
@mjthoraval Can you reproduce that on other operating systems like Linux or macOS?
-
1) Which Zotero version is that? 2) What is "Disconnect"? 3) Does it happen with all PDF files?
-
I guess you are talking about Zotero reader when the left side sidebar is closed. We'll fix this — thanks.
