• I tried drag&drop online on zotero.org, it worked for me. I dragged a item from the middle panel, then dropped it to a destination library on the left panel. Thanks a lot.

• thanks, I have installed 27.0.1, it works. I thought old versions would be stable than the newer version:-), and not realized they are too old for Zotero, :-(

• Thans for your help. Finally I figured out, I am using a Mac, so I need to use Control + Click instead of right click to bring up the delete menu. Now my problem solved.
