• I looked through the forum and did various searches and this was pretty much the only thread I could find that addressed the issue. I don't know how I was supposed to know that developers were aware of the problem if they don't at least respond.

• Hi Dylan, Nope, I haven't heard from anyone about my problem. I've stopped using Zotero for now until the problem is fixed because it's very frustrating to sit there and wait forever.
