You can create a custom style that includes abstracts. It would be better in the long run to have a preference to export with/without abstracts, for any style, analogous to the url export preference.

tadoslav--You may want to switch to Chicago public styles for now--that would allow you to enter locators. Then, when 1.0.4 comes out, all the changes in the Chicago dev styles will be pushed to the public versions.

The problem is that the option I turned off to fix your problem really should be on in these styles in all cases except when there are prefixes or suffixes added, and that is more complicated to fix. Ticket created, thanks.
