• I already solved the problem by manually deleting the inserted bibliography. after that I could transfomr the document and insert the bibliography again.

• I had the same problem but kevinc's solution worked for me: - deleting the Bibliography manually - inserting the bibliography again ... this is where the zotero word processor wants to "Update the document" and this time didn't fail to do so …
