• I have the same problem and like above it is only when the bookmarks setting is used. "Fields" works OK. I did try reinstalling zotero in Firefox that made no difference. Using Firefox 10.0.2, Zotero 3.03, Windows 7 (svc ok 1), MS Word 2007.
