• Sorry for the confusion, Yes, there is a Office/Startup/Word/zotero.dot and a Office/Demarrer/Word/pdfmaker.dot

• In preferences, Startup isn't set to anything As for alternate directories, "Démarrer" is the french translation to "Startup" and there are other .dot files in the Word folder, such as pdfmaker.dot. Thanks
