I Disabled all the extensions but Zotero and still the same problem. The Debug ID is D1652843748.

I asked someone here for the proxy and that was what I sent. I don't see any proxy in the URL bar. I tried your link and that did not work neither.

Brought to you by UNIVERSIDAD PONTIFICIA DE COMILLAS I can open the pdf and everything as usual. What I cannot do is to save it in Zotero automatically. A friend of mine is having the same problem in another university (in another country)
