  • I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understood your message. What do you call the home folder? The only folder I have is this one: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero And there is no zotero.sqlite file in this folder. Thank you very much.

  • Thank you for your reply, I don't think Zotero was previously installed on this computer. After uninstalling, I checked that the Zotero folder had been completely deleted. I re-installed and found the same error.
