I tried it with the new version, but the same error is still triggered. Also, and I forgot to mention that before, before the error message I get the dialog that one of my references has been changed manually, asking if I want to keep the changes.…

@fbennett I just tried again to add a cititation, it still throws the same error message (now with a different key, I assume the last time I tried to cite a different argument). Following amlai's advice, I tried several times, the fifth time it fi…

I just updated it to the newest version, didn't know that automatic updates had stopped working. I also installed the Linux version of the Juris-M standalone. I still get the same error message, both with the plugin and the standalone.

I am running into the same (or a similar) error. Just tried to work on a document I hadn't worked on for some months. When I try to update the document, Juris-M only shows "Cannot generate JSON from changed item: {"key":"TEWH5N2Q","chang…

Thanks! I have a submission deadline next week, I'll wait till then before I dare to test betas :)

It does: "uncaught exception: numAttachments() cannot be called on attachment items" That just reminded me, I think when I tried to link the first time I tried to link to a note (I am not sure if it was for this broken item, or with another item, …

That is a Paperhsip, not a Zotero issue I guess… Normally you have to pull/draw down the article list in Papership so that changes are synced from and to the server (like you would do in Mail), at least in my experience Papership does not sync aut…

I observe the same behaviour as wonblee: When searching for an entry using Chinese characters, the search is only triggered after I enter a blank space. While the blank space workarround is working fine me, it still is a obstacle for new users…

Yes, that applies for all of my items that break the processor.

Thanks! I am running 4.0.27.m28 now, but it didn't solve the problem. Would it help if I try on another computer / OS with a fresh firefox installation?

yes, I have a jurism.sqlite, I didn't look for it first because I thought it would copy the whole library. I didn't see any alert - the only cause I can think of if I by chance pressed the enter key in the moment it appeared. Anyway, Juris-M is w…

Ok, thank you! I didn't get any warning and Juris-M continued to use the same library, but I guess that's because I had already been using MLZ before. Juris-M deactivated itself, but only after the second browser restart if I remember correctly.

I am still running in the same bug every other day. Would it help to install Juris-M or does it have exactly the same code basis as MLZ?
-
Ok, thank you!

I have the same problem here, using MLZ 4.0.26m512: First "not deleting symlink" and then "NS_ERROR_FILE_ALREADY_EXISTS" in the log. I am not sure if the problem has not been fixed in MLZ yet, and I just should wait, or if it is a different problem…

Great, thanks, that looks good! In the meanwhile, perhaps it would be a good idea to point out on the MLZ download page what jurisdictions currently don't work with MLZ? Coming from Zotero, I was prepared for bugs as MLZ is still in developme…

Dear Frank, I am not sure if I should dig out this old thread, but I seem to have the same problem. I am also getting the "[forthcoming: to use oscola-bib-case macro]" placeholder in my bibliography for all cases in the document I am working …
