Yes, I did some editing in the citation, using the Zotero command: Edit citation. thanks for the answer. when is the Zotero 2.1 out? now I need to find out which ones of the 200 footnotes are the culprits.

OK, just tried again, it failed gain. I clicked on Reports Errors and this is the number I got 1625570040.
