I can see my library now at the Zotero website, unlike the preceding week, and both machines seem to be synching OK now. Something changed. That's good! Thanks for the advice.

No -- nothing happens. The green arrow spins, but no references are uploaded or downloaded.

Well, I feel simple-minded. The problem just occurred again and I did find the Finish button off-screen, just as you suggested. Thanks for your patience!

I took a look over there before, but will look again. Strangely, the problem seems to have stopped; at least, it hasn't occurred during the last hour or so, and it was happening every few minutes as recently as this morning and continuously for theā¦

There's just the one conflict, and neither Choose button for that conflict elicits any action. The window just sits there after I click a Choose button.

Correction: it's the Choose button that elicits no action.

When I click Finish, nothing happens. I've waited. Thus, I have to close the window manually. The synch icon will stop spinning, but when it starts again, I get the same CR window.

Yes, a CR window, but no error is indicated. It happens on my Windows machine, but not on my iMac. However, I wonder if there is a bug that cannot handle a modification time that precedes the accession time (how that happened, I have no idea).
