I have installed a different add in and it installed appeared correctly. I have installed it on a different computer and still have the same result. Do you know of anything else, I can try? Thanks for your assistance.

Hello Adamsmith, Sorry, from what I read it was said to be in the Addin Tab. Once I added the Developer tab to the customized ribbon, I was able to click on the Document Templates and I do see that Zotero is checked.
