  • I see my current items but none of the original ones from when I was using firefox. That's such a disappointment. Thank you for your help, though. I will look at the backup instructions.

  • Yes, I have already downloaded the standalone version. I did just log in to sync up. Would it then merge automatically? Unfortunately I do not have access to the old computer. Does that mean my items are just lost? Thank you!
