I don't think I am doing anything unusual. I periodically update Zotero when I get a message that it needs to be updated. I think I was responding to one of those messages when I ran into these errors, whether running as an administrator or not.

When I try to uninstall Zotero, I get a message "You do not have sufficent access to uninstall Zotero. Please contact your system administrator." I am the system administrator and no one but I installs Zotero on my machine. Suggestions?
