• I had the same problem. I'm running: Firefox 15.0.1 Zotero 3.0 is 3.5.3. LibreOffice 3.5.4.2 Ubuntu 12.04 I uninstalled the wordprocessor plugin and the reinstalled. That seems to have fixed it. Thanks, Amy
