  • Thanks. Problem solved. I was suspecting Firefox too and saw that there was an upgrade to version 3.6.9 available. I upgraded Firefox, and Zotero is working just fine now. Whew! Thanks just the same. "Case closed." ;)

  • Thanks, Dan. In an attempt to fix my problem, I went to Zotero.org and attempted to upgrade. When I click the Download and then the install is when that script appears. I do not get an upgrade notification when I re-start FF. Neither click…
