• As far as I can tell, it only occurs when I cut and paste something from another document that also has citations in it. Is this happening to you as well suicyte?

• Yes, I'm having exactly the same problem. I have Vista and office 2.3. I've tried un and reinstalling the zotero file. I've had this working just fine for around 3 months. I wouldn't mind an answer to this one either.
