• I'm using Word 2007 on Windows Vista and have the same problem. Every time I add a new annotation or refresh the current ones my formatting reverts to 12 point Times New Roman. Very frustrating.

• I had trouble connecting after upgrading to the new version of Zotero and discovered that it was because I hadn't installed the default citation style that I had been using. Once I added that back in I had no problems. Good luck!
