Yes, I opened the pdf in Safari and then shared to Zotero. Just to confirm: you suggest to download the file, open with e.g. Acrobat reader and then share to Zotero? Thanks

Wonderful. Just a comment: in the tray icon it would be useful to be able to right click "Exit Zotero". Currently the only way to close Zotero is to maximise, file/exit

Oh, I am just scrolling. I confirm that clicking on annotations activates the button. Same for titles in the outline. Thanks for clarifying, I was pretty sure it worked also with ctrl + Home and ctrl + End

It should not. "As needed" means that it will sync only files that you open. That being said, it seems you need to deal with that Gb of screenshots that are causing so much trouble to you. :)

Thanks, but it does not work. In fact, I am not exporting but rather generating a bibliography from the items in my publications. Even if I sort and then generate (to clipboard), the pasted bibliography is in alphabetical order.
