• I uploaded my old "zotero" folder from Box to pCloud then followed the following guide to setup the new WebDAV. Everything is back to normal now. http://guides.lib.berkeley.edu/zotero/sync

• I'm using Windows XP. Is that necessary to turn User account control off? I'm using a computer in our university campus therefore I have no rights to change that kind of things :(. At home I don't have Office 2010 so I couldn't try if it works
