If it matters, the admin guy gave me the tech: SharePoint services 3.0, windows 2003, and a valid SSL cert. Only port 443 is opened from the outside world to SharePoint. All ports can be open on a vpn. I've tried with the vpn and without.

I'm having this problem too. But, I deleted the tag, and now it is in the tag selector as a grayed out item, and won't go away, no matter what I do. I've restarted, etc., many, many times.
