I just found a workaround. Using Zotero standalone 5.0.54 and Chrome web browser. In my Google scholar profile I selected all my publications, then clicked on Export, chose RefMan. A "Citations. ris" file downloaded itself. Having Zotero running, I…

Thank you!

Sorry, a quick follow up. It seems to work well with titles but it's still capitalising the journal title as if it were English (as in Revista Española De Historia rather than Revista Española de Historia). Is there a way around that? Thanks again f…

Brilliant! Thank you so much!!!!!

Thank you fbennett. Excuse my ignorance, but by "field" do you mean the Title box in Zotero? Or is there a different "behind the scenes" section somewhere?

How does one do that? (setting the value of the title field to a different language). I have the same problem with titles of books in Romance languages. Thanks!

adamsmith, Thank you. I have followed this up with our library catalogue people and they tweaked the catalogue somehow so it's now working, at least with author and title searches.

Dear Dan, Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I don't understand. Do you want me to copy the post and publish it in that thread? Yes, I'm using 2.0b7.2

Thank you, Dan, for your response. I think the problem my students are reporting is not consistent. Apparently it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. It is not easy to isolate what the exact contexts are. I tried a few searches and this is wha…

To those who requested Gale, Expanded Academics, it seems to work for me. The trick is finding how. When you get to the article you are looking for, there is a little box to the right that says "Tools". Click on citation tools. A new window will open…

Something really strange is happening to me with JSTOR. After a search I get the Zotero folder icon *only* on the first page, the second and subsequent ones do not let me save any items. Example: http://www.jstor.org.ezproxy.lib.unimelb.edu.au…
