  • Right from the suggested page to download. Hit "run", that is all. The compatibility mode was after the first fifteen failed attempts. I just straight up tried to run in from the download the first 14 times.

  • That would have been my theory, but it's a brand new computer ( perhaps the problem), I had two specialists from Dell try to do install it, including disabling several virus protectors. One of the few programs I really wanted to install.
