Should be fixed now. Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now and try again. Thanks for reporting!

- Zotero Group is a separate collection of items from My Library Correct (sort of). Each Zotero group is a separate library (not a collection). - Any group member can add an item to the Zotero Group library by drag-n-drop from My Library to the the …

OK, so did you try entering the proxy as per above for off-campus access? "global.factiva.com" under hostname and "https://global-factiva-com.mutex.gmu.edu/%p" under scheme?
-
@bwiernik, I was referring to the collection pane, since I think that would be less inconvenient than center pane (if you want to apply more than one filter, wouldn't you want to see the items after each application?) One of the facets could be "sub…

Does factiva work properly now (from campus)? What's the URL?
-
What do you have entered under proxies right now? I'm surprised that Zotero would automatically detect your proxy (what URL were you visiting when this happened, if you remember?) If your situation is still the same (i.e. you're still only using Fac…

The long-ish story is that Wanfang translator is marked as compatible with Firefox and Chrome, but not compatible with Safari (I'm not sure if that is still the case and, if it's not, this would be an easy fix. Doesn't look like there's anything spe…

Currently there is no way to update metadata for existing items, though the feature is planned.

Dan will take a look at your Error Report, but in the mean time, run through https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues (basically to make sure everything is up to date) You already provided most of the info from the last step,…
-
My best guess is that Zotero is not able to deal with your proxy (i.e. converting "global.factiva.com" to "global-factiva-com", which is somewhat unusual) There is currently not much you can do about this unless you can gain access to factiva via VP…

Right, that's the kind of collapsible pane I was thinking of, but I don't think we have enough vertical space to display the facets and comfortably browse collections. You would still end up collapsing between one and the other and I feel like it's …

What I would envision is filters similar to what you see when you browse Amazon or any other shopping site. You would have multiple categories to filter by (first author or just author, publication year, publisher, container title, item type, etc.) …

Nvm, I see the issue (was using some outdated translators)
-
Working fine for me. Can you provide the usual details (i.e. browser, error report/debug ID for refreshing the page, etc.)?
-
See the linked page. We need more info to troubleshoot.
-
Not currently, but in theory, yes.

And more generally https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

I have been able to reproduce this behavior (without Shift) sporadically on Windows, but I've not been able to track down the cause.
-
So you compiled the binaries yourself? Since the instruction page does not mention specific modifications to the source that are needed to work with Zotero and the link to modified source is dead (I agree that we need to fix the instructions), I ass…

Where is this style coming from? It's not available from the Zotero style repository (https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=Spanish Legal Style), nor can I find a reference to it on the MLZ website.
-
@fbennett, that's what I thought. If only we could do this by somehow overlaying the APA style so the custom version doesn't diverge from the updates to APA... (coming soon, I promise)

you can get Swedish sort order in an English bibliography by preparing a custom style.Do you mean by specifying the default bibliography language? Wouldn't you have to override all the translations? Or is there a trick I am missing?
-
I can't reproduce the ISSN issue (can you confirm it?). We'll probably fix the language part (and some other fields), but I'll wait for Simon to OK this. In either case, this would have to wait for the next Zotero release, since COinS code is part o…
-
I think this is appropriate for the forum, but I'm getting 404 for the SafetyLit URL. In regards to things being missed in the COinS, ISSN is being picked up for me, but language isn't. The reason is because rft.language is not officially defined f…

Having said this, @J.Koukoutsas what style are you using? If you're using a style that supports multiple locales, setting extensions.zotero.export.bibliographyLocale to "sv-SE" should have produced correct sorting (but it would have also changed som…
-
Since the document is written in English (and not, say, "Swedish English", since that doesn't exist), I think it makes sense for the sorting to be in English as well, so, FWIW, I think that the processor should simply sort by the bibliography locale…

Try reproducing this in a new document: Open an empty document in Word, insert a reference and bibliography (nothing else). When prompted to select a style, choose Cell and select Fields. Check "Store references in document". Go to File -> Save…

Which version of Word? What OS? What file extension are you saving the file as?

Have you tried reinstalling from https://www.zotero.org/download/ ? Otherwise https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

Are you sure the group libraries are not collapsed? Are you getting any sync errors (red exclamation mark next to the sync arrow)? Do you see your groups online at https://www.zotero.org/groups/ ? Are you using the same credentials to log in online …
