@adamsmith, you have some contact on Scopus, right? Could you let them know about the missing TY and get them to fix it on their end?
-
Update your translators and give it another go now. You should see a chapter icon in the URL bar.

Well, the data is not that messy. That link just leads to some odd javascript display. here's the actual gist https://gist.github.com/librarianlea/ee8a425b572374a4c497 But yes, it's missing TY tags, which we actually so compensate for during transla…

There's nothing wrong that I can see. fbennett may have to take a look at this, since it looks like there might be something amiss in citeproc-js.
-
Please start a new thread and provide a Report ID from Safari if possible. Also provide a sample website that's not working, but should be working. (e.g. this page should show a book icon)

Oh, if you have any security software on your computer, try disabling it. If you're connecting via proxy, try connecting directly.
-
Can you produce a Debug log for that sync attempt? https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output Also, what WebDAV server software are you running?
-
Is the group name "LS557"? Have you checked your Spam folder? Under https://www.zotero.org/groups/ you should be able to see your pending invitations in the right column at the top.
-
Are the file names that fail to sync somehow unusually long? If so, try installing the Zotero Beta build and sync again. You can always revert back to the official release at a later point.

From adamsmith in the linked threadThe usage-scenario were authors in grammatical citations need to follow a certain style - the main argument for changing the current solution - is very murky, because there are just as many styles that don't want, …

Ah, yes. Sorry, I missed a step in my instructions. After changing the preference in Zotfile, you need to select all the items in your library (My Library -> select one item in the center pane -> Ctrl/Cmd + A), then right-click, and select Man…
-
As I say above, please start a new thread for diverging topics. If you have specific suggestions on what is not clear, we're happy to fix things, otherwise Zotero doesn't have resources to hire a "UX guy" to maintain documentation. The documentation…

A bookmarklet is now available that can be used on zotero.org to produce Scannable Cites. See Inserting Citations > From zotero.org here

Maybe Zotero's documentation doesn't explain how to sync attachmentsI added a link to follow on the sync page, there was already one on the Zotero File Storage page leading to Sync Preferences, where, I think, this is clearly explained. I should be …

There's no error in there. Are you using Zotero Standalone as well? Please provide a Debug ID and an Error ID for an attempt to save from one of the pages linked above.
-
You most definitely do not want two services syncing anything together. You can use SugarSync as a backup service, but don't use it to sync along with Zotero's sync.
-
You should not be syncing your Zotero data directory (directory containing zotero.sqlite file) using third party services. That could (and most likely will) lead to database corruption. Though, you can sync the "storage" directory that's found withi…

probably within 6 months or so, along with other revisions to item types and fields.

I can't reproduce the error, but the Amazon translator was recently updated. Could you update your translator via Preferences -> General -> Update Now, reload the page and try again? I fixed the name order for Japanese/Chinese names.

Not currently. DOI will be available for books in the future.
-
Have you tried restarting Firefox/Zotero? You haven't removed ZotFile yet, have you?
-
It's confusing if you consider Zotero collections as folders (i.e. a Zotero item is stored inside the collection), but not if you look at them as "playlists" (like in iTunes, where an item is assigned to a playlist, but is not stored _in_ it). Then,…

but my local zotero directory is 11 G.Do you mean the "storage" directory inside your Zotero data directory? Or are you talking about the DropBox folder? If the latter, then Zotero won't sync those files (as you say above). Use Zotfile to move file…
-
Oh, I misread.
-
Shouldn't "Ibid." work though? Unless those are not actually one after another, but then the numbers wouldn't be consecutive.
-
I don't have time right now to go into details, but if you're missing items, my suggestion would be to do the following. 1. Use mronkko's Perl script from https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/9091/orphaned-attachment-files/#Item_8 but change the li…

Did you sync your library first, as adamsmith suggested above? Copy-pasting the storage directory would only help with restoring file attachments for data that has synced to zotero.org, but was beyond your storage capacity on the server. Any items t…
