Searching for 'snapshot' only finds all items which include a snapshot. 'Select All' + 'Delete' would thus delete all items completely.Have you actually tried selecting with Ctrl+A? If it selects everything something is broken.

Done. @hamed_fcs, you can update your translators via Zotero Preferences -> General -> Update Now. Restart your browser. You should see fewer websites importing automatic tags now.

Try disabling all extensions except for Zotero and see if it starts working. Then re-enable a few at a time until it stops. If you find a problematic extension, let us know and we'll see if there's anything we can do about it.
