I can reproduce this. I think I see the problem. Will let you know if we find a solution. Thanks for reporting!

Don't add them this way. In fact, delete whatever you added and empty the trash. Then https://www.zotero.org/support/sync

What zuphilip says is technically a preview, but I doubt that it's very useful for what you want. I'm not really sure why you would need to check formatted citations before you insert them into the document, but Zotero does have a quick-copy functi…

I cannot find Old Firefox Profile or zotero.squlite.fileThat should be zotero.sqlite (check your spelling). As I say above, if you're searching right, you will definitely find at least one. of those files. They were syncronize but I think that when …

It's either Zotero Standalone or Zotero in Firefox (I'm guessing the latter). When you reinstalled Zotero, did you perhaps clear/reset your Firefox profile? Check on your desktop for a folder called "Old Firefox Profile". Let us know if you find it.…

Also, are you using Zotero in Firefox or Zotero Standalone? Which one were you using before?
-
By "my library", do you mean zotero.org (as the webpage here)? Have you checked your local library in the Zotero client?
-
When you say "all files are missing", do you mean that nothing appears in Zotero or that you cannot open any file attachments? Generally, uninstalling Zotero does not delete your library.

IIRC, you won't get a discount on the renewal, but whatever time you have remaining on the 2GB subscription will get converted to the 6GB subscription. So if you're buying 1 year of 6GB storage ($60) and you have 6 months of 2GB storage remaining ($…

That was the case for Zotero 4.0.24. I updated our documentation to say that the current (4.0.25) version of Zotero is not compatible with Firefox 36.0a+ Let us know if you narrow it down to some extension.

This will be fixed in the next release which is due out shortly. Probably tomorrow, maybe some time later today.

Fixed in https://github.com/zotero/zotero/pull/624

I can reproduce this. You can "get out" of the edit box by selecting another collection and pressing F2 again (at least on Windows).
-
Downgrade to Firefox 35, which is the current release. You're running a beta version, which is not supported.
-
Some related discussion and patch here: https://github.com/zotero/zotero/pull/309 Though at this point it probably needs a bit of rebasing
-
It would help us guide you better if you could post your entire style on https://gist.github.com then link to it here.

Oh, I see. You're making a general map. Yeah, I think option 1 is a good choice.
-
option 1, but why do you need the English names?

Deleting a collection does not delete items assigned to it (unless you select Delete Collection and Items). Your items should still be in your library, so check under My Library. It may be easier to find them under Unfiled Items if you don't have a …

Also, it's partially broken with Firefox versions

Would it suffice to offer drop-down selections for the locales we have CSL locale files for (about 50)?I think this would be the way to go. Drop-downs are simple for users to use (they don't have to know language codes) and they're "guaranteed" to w…

For enterprise accounts, if you go to your Account Settings, you will see your "Login and Email Addresses" listed. Use the primary email as your username. If your university uses single sign-on, you will need to create an external password (on the s…

You're seeing #7 here https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues I don't think we'll be developing proper ResearchGate integration until they provide better ways to retrieve metadata.
-
This will mostly happen if there are spaces in the DOI (particularly in the 10.XXXX/X part). If Zotero finds at least one DOI in this form, it will not try looking for PMIDs.

There's a bug in the most recent version of Zotero that prevents file attachments from importing. We're working on a fix, which hopefully should be out in the next few days.

See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/addon_could_not_be_downloaded This generally means that your security software or malware are interfering with secure connections from your computer. You probably don't want either of them doing so. It will also…

As a quick and dirty way to force an update (in case there's some sort of bug that's preventing it), you can try switching to a different style and then back. If that doesn't work, in Word, find the citation that is not refreshing and press Option-…

She may have given you an API key, which is not going to be of much use to you if you want to edit her library directly on zotero.org or in a local Zotero client (though this doesn't seem like a terrible idea to me). You basically have two options:…
