Doh, of course. https://github.com/zotero/zotero/issues/647 no fix yet unfortunately
-
I get two items in the list for that page, but I also don't have access to the full article, so that might account for the difference. Can you provide a Debug ID for reloading that page and then clicking the URL bar icon? (don't need to actually im…

You should try importing a few references first to make sure that everything is working fine, but you shouldn't need to change the date format. You can do it if you want to, of course.
-
I wouldn't hold my breath. We all agree that it's a good idea, we're just not sure how to implement it well.
-
That's simply because Zotero switched its behavior to always displaying a folder icon when it picks up DOIs on the page, even if it's just a single DOI. The reason for that is in the last two examples you give. DOIs are often picked up for items tha…

And yes, preferences in Zotero
-
Zotero should be able to handle them as is. I can't imagine it being pleasant to re-enter those dates.
-
Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now and give this another go. Somewhere (either the RIS "specification" or EndNote user manual) it says that dates should be entered in YYYY/MM/DD/other format. I think the language…

I don't have anything useful to offer for your current workflow, but take a look at https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/42379/warn-user-if-browser-importing-citation-from-journal-website-that-already-exists-in-library/
-
Could you post the actual RIS entry as exported from EndNote?
-
See https://www.zotero.org/support/creating_bibliographies#quick_copy but note that this is not a substitute for inserting references using a Word plugin. References inserted this way will not be automatically updated if you change metadata in Zoter…

FF 3.6.9 last updateIs that a typo? Firefox 3.6.9 was released in late 2010. Current version is 36.0.1
-
It hasn't been accepted, so I'm not sure when it will be released.

No one can attach _links_ to files in a group library. Until recently, there was no way to make such links relative, so more likely than not they would break on other computers. This is likely going to be possible in the future, but I think we still…

The issue with the Chrome/Safari connectors should be fixed by https://github.com/zotero/zotero-connectors/pull/30 (specifically https://github.com/aurimasv/zotero-connectors/commit/54030c1405c08131c0730c6f4be958b54435ca2c )
-
Not really, but you can create a saved search with "Attachment File Type" "is" "Web Page" and "Title" "contains" "Snapshot". This should find most Snapshots in your library (some don't contain the word "Snapshot"), which you can then select using Ct…

So in this case you're not actually interested in copying items within the collection, you just want to replicate the collection subtree. I'll have to think about this, but I don't currently see how Zotero would support this in an intuitive way.

https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing but what exactly do you mean by "I login to my account"? Where are you logging in?
-
I believe that journal requires entering a captcha to download pdfs. Not much we can do about that. When you start encountering problems with pdf downloads, try downloading the pdf manually. If you need to enter a captcha and you do so successfully,…

Collections can not be copied within the same group.Yes, there's no way to create a copy of a collection within the same library. It probably should be possible (via modifier key perhaps), but I honestly don't remember anyone asking before. The use …

For the translator, you're welcome to start a pull request on github (unless you don't want to make it public yet). My email is listed here: https://github.com/aurimasv

Triggering ZoteroItemUpdated event as described in https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/exposing_metadata#force_zotero_to_refresh_metadata works for me in Chrome (someone else will have to test on Safari). By that, I mean that I see detectWeb being re…

Also, you're right that Zotero.monitorDOMChanges is not well documented, though this function only works when called from translators (it's not clear to me that you're actually working with a translator from your post above). When called from transl…

Can you provide a URL for testing?
-
Yes, please start a new thread. List, again, the steps you've performed, the versions of all relevant software you have installed, and the errors you are getting.
-
Not currently possible (though if you're feeling adventurous, see http://citationstylist.org/2014/05/03/multilingual-zotero-extracting-embedded-references/ but it would probably take you longer to get MLZ set up, performing the steps, and then rever…

To be clear, you can sync the PDFs as well if you want to (it may be helpful for you beyond just merging your libraries), but you may need to buy more storage (or use WebDAV sync) if you have a large amount of PDFs. If you do choose to not sync PDF…

Yeah, I think you're right, but I can't really get EBSCO to work over proxy right now.

Can you import the PDF via URL bar icon from this page: http://eds.b.ebscohost.com/eds/pdfviewer/pdfviewer?sid=529579e2-83fa-46d7-a495-16a479f9a543@sessionmgr198&vid=5&hid=119 (no proxy)? This works for me on Chrome + Zotero Standalone (can'…

I've used the export function of the Zotero FF with the attachment option for my pdf but after 2 days, it's not finish and there is only 3 or 4 reference exported. Not exactly sure why this would be taking so long - that's obviously not normal - but …
