You are probably storing your document in OneDrive or Sharepoint. We recommend updating to Zotero 7 where this issue is fixed. If you're unable to do that, you should store the document you are working on your local disk.

Does this occur in a new document? Can you restart your browser and create a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for an operation that produces this behaviour?

You need to click the checkbox on the left in the extension list to enable the Zotero Connector extension.

This doesn't look right. Did you wait for the Zotero window to load? Was the item list displayed? Did you enable debug logging after that and click on a collection in the left pane?

Zotero is trying to select a manually modified citation in your document (from "2, 4" to "2"). You may need to put focus in the Google Doc for this to work and Zotero should show a dialog about it in your Google Docs tab. Do you not see one?

This isn't a feature for us to support. Zotero Connector will save the contents of the page as they appear in the browser. Your best bet is to either find a page where the full contents of this book are available or a PDF of the book.
