not yet. not sure what to choose for a location in the manual install (I assumed I would be asked).

OO 3.3 error message: "installation could be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that OO is closed [it is] and then restart FF" Then there's a big pop up box with lots of stuff including try a manual install.

Thanks for the speedy response, Adam. I reinstalled from the repository, and changed the style to another and then back, but no luck. Still getting the retrieved statement.

p.s. A little additional information . . . I uninstalled and reinstalled FF as well. At that point my citations were gone when I reinstalled Zot. Thanks for any help!

No, no error message. The little box that's supposed to appear and say Java is Happy just isn't there. (I saw the happy java box when helping another person who was having a similar problem; just doing the test seemed to kick things into alignment.)…
