• I did. I uninstalled my old Zotero, restarted the Mac, and then installed the current version of Zotero as per Zotero instructions. Is there anything I am missing?

• Regular browser is the non-private one, well, private browser is Safari on private mode. I disabled all other extensions. Zotero connector is the only extension I have. Will try to post the two images again.
